We primarily use standard shipping methods to deliver orders. However, for certain locations or special circumstances, expedited shipping options may be available. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Simply enter the provided tracking number on our website or the courier’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays or issues may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We’ll work tirelessly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of purchase in-store or within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Undergarments and socks are final sale.

We cannot accommodate return or exchanges for MIA MILA items purchased from other retailers. We are also not liable for items purchased elsewhere—whether full price or second-hand

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at miamilagarments@gmail.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

We process orders promptly to ensure quick delivery, which means we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or modifications once your order has been confirmed. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you
